Lee Foundation Welcomes New Board Member David Nasca

We are pleased to announce David Nasca has been elected to the Board of Directors and will also serve as Vice-Chair of the Investment Committee.

 

David is a Director of NBT Bancorp, Inc., and NBT Bank a $15 billion Super Regional Community Bank upon its acquisition of Evans Bancorp, Inc. and Evans Bank, N.A. a $2.3 billion nationally chartered bank where he served as President and Chief Executive Officer from 2006-2025.

 

David is also a member of the Board of Directors and Vice-Chairman of the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York and serves on the Board of the Buffalo Urban Development Corporation. He earned his bachelor’s degree in management/ marketing from Canisius University and his master’s degree in finance from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
