Lee Foundation Welcomes Anne Constantino to the Grant Committee

We are pleased to announce Anne Constantino has joined the Foundation's Grant Committee.

Anne, the former CEO of Horizon Health Services, has more than 35 years of leadership in healthcare, behavioral health, and addiction treatment. Anne will play an important role in guiding the Foundation's community investments in mental health and education.
