Nora Sullivan Joins Lee Foundation Board

The Lee Foundation is pleased to welcome Nora B. Sullivan to the Board of Directors. Nora is President of Sullivan Capital Partners, a financial services firm providing investment banking and advisory services to businesses seeking to grow through acquisitions or reposition through divestitures. Leveraging her legal experience and financial expertise, she focuses on due diligence, deal structure, strategic/exit planning, and governance matters. Prior to founding Sullivan Capital Partners in 2004, Nora worked for Citigroup from 2000 to 2004, providing private equity and wealth management services to high-net-worth individuals. From 1995 to 1999, Nora was Executive Vice President of Rand Capital Corporation (NASDAQ: RAND), a publicly traded closed-end investment management company providing capital and managerial expertise to small and mid-size businesses. 

 

Nora is a member of the Board of Directors of Evans Bancorp, Inc., the parent company of Evans Bank, N. A., a full-service community bank serving the Western New York region. Nora has, and currently serves, on several boards of private companies, working closely with management and shareholders on strategic planning, developing exit strategies and implementing best practice governance policies. She holds an MBA from Columbia University Graduate School of Business in Finance and International Business and a JD from the University of Buffalo School of Law.
