Lee Foundation Invited on AM Buffalo to Discuss BeKind2TheMind
Executive Director, Jane Mogavero, was invited on AM Buffalo to discuss the Lee Foundation's new initiative - BeKind2TheMind. The Foundation in partnership with Congressman Brian Higgins (D) and Congressman Tom Reed (R) seeks to educate the community about mental illness. Mental health services are underfunded both in Western New York and across the United States. The goal is to encourage community members to contact their elected officials to let them know funding for mental illness is critical and needs to be increased.
